All SLAs and warranties exclude equipment that has been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident and are subject to terms and conditions of Sale and Support.
In the event that a new Adtec manufactured product malfunctions within 30 days of original purchase, contact Adtec for failure verification and return authorization. If you purchased your new Adtec product through an authorized reseller, proof of purchase is required.
Equipment manufactured by Adtec Productions, Incorporated is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. For a period of one year from said date, Manufacturer will repair or replace any part that fails to conform to this warranty.
Any Equipment needing repair must be promptly returned by Customer in adequate packaging, postage pre-paid, to:

This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.
This Limited Warranty applies to Adtec Digital products that are repaired by Adtec Digital in our Jacksonville, FL facility through the repair case procedure.
