Warranty Replacement and Repair Program
Adtec takes great pride in the quality of our manufactured products and the satisfaction
of our customers. For those occasions when products fail, we offer a warranty
replacement and repair program. If you purchased your Adtec product through reseller,
you may wish to contact the reseller to arrange a replacement or repair for you.
Do I Qualify For A Replacement?
In the event that a new Adtec-manufactured product fails within 30 days of original
purchase, Adtec will replace it with a new unit. To qualify, the failure must be reported
within 30 days of delivery. If you suspect a failure, contact the Adtec Technical Support
Department immediately for troubleshooting and to receive a RMA number and return
instructions.
How Soon Will I Receive My Replacement?
Adtec will ship the replacement to you immediately after we receive the returned unit. If
you wish to have the replacement sent to you before you return the original unit, your
credit card or Adtec account will be charged for the advance replacement unit and then
refunded immediately after we receive the returned unit.
What If I Have Had My Equipment Longer Than 30 Days?
If an Adtec-manufactured product fails within the first year of purchase, Adtec will repair
the unit at no charge to the customer. After one year, Adtec will repair the unit for a

Warranty Exclusions
No warranty of any kind is made with respect to equipment which in the judgment of the
manufacturer has been (1) subject to misuse, negligence, or accident; or (2) altered or
repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer, or its authorized representative.
