In the headend, Adtec delivers analog insertion with the Duet, serial digital insertion with the Duet SDI and digital program insertion or DPI with the DPI 1200 splicing Ad Server.

For contribution, the edje-2100 supports the MPEG 2 422 profile and full VBI encoding.
User data requirements for distribution, either closed captioning, automated measurement of line ups, or teletex are supported by Adtec Digital's encoders.
