Description:

  Turn on or off SNMP.

Form:

  Command Handler: SYSD
  SNMP | SNMP | SNMP [ON/OFF]

Response:

  "OK\r\n" to acknowledge receipt of command, and
  [Reply Info]  if required by the command
  "ERROR- [Description]\r\n" if error, ending command
  "\r\n" concludes modify responses (empty line)

Examples:

   *.SYSD SNMP
    Response is: OK\r\n
                 SNMP= ON
                 r\n              
                 
   *.SYSD SNMP [OFF|ON]
    Response is: OK\r\n
                 SNMP= ON
                 r\n

Notes:

  MIB Formatting:
    The MG-Soft compiler will not accept scalars that start with an integer.
    The Paessler SNMP software doesn't care.
