  <UNIT NAME> CHANNELSTATUS CHS C3 [CHANNEL]
  Argument List:
  [CHANNEL]   Required.  The channel number to query status (zero based: 0-11)

 DISPLAY RESPONSE
    Verbose- "OK\r\n" to acknowledge receipt of command, followed by
             "ChannelStatus= [STATUS]>\r\n", or
             "ERROR- [Description]\r\n" if error, ending command
    Terse-   "0\r\n" to acknowledge receipt of command, followed by
             "[0-8]\r\n", or
             "[1-255]\r\n" if error, ending command
    "\r\n" concludes display responses (empty line)
